We have a 15-day return policy for non personalised items.

To start a return, please reach out and contact us at info@hausofmama.co.uk with your order details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an EVRI return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know that the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow up to 5 working days on all UK orders and 7 days where you have requested personalisation. If you require your item sooner, this may be possible on some occasions (please drop us a message before ordering if you have a special request)
